14 days wait to use membership. Joke!
I wanted to buy the new away kit for me and my family. When I was at the checkout I noticed members get a 10 percent discount so I signed up. While signing up on the website no were did it say I would have to wait 14 days to to use the discount so as I've tried to go back and log in with my membership details it wasn't letting me. I didn't even receive a confirmation email until about 45 minutes after I signed up. After trying and trying to get into my account without success I called the 0344 number and when I finally got through to someone she said all my login details were correct and was showing on her system but she still couldn't log me in and even sent me a password change email that never came through. She said as I was trying to purchase online it wasn't working for some reason but gave me the number for the Arsenal shop and said just explain to them what has happened and they will be able to add the discount online. After waiting 30 minutes on hold to the shop the guy asks me when I signed up for membership to which I said this morning, then he says I have to wait 14 days for the to activate the membership for me to get discounts and such. Why wasn't I told this while signing up on the website and them taking my £34. Why didn't the first person I spoke to on the 0344 number say this either.

I no longer want the kits for £233 or the membership. This experience has put me right off. A club the size of Arsenal should have better run website and call centre than this. Terrible all round. Why should I have to wait 14 days anyway what a joke!!!

Fobbed off by Rewards department
Been waiting to use my reward points on a collectors coin that shows coming soon.
Emailed at least three times to ask when it will be available as you have to use them by 31st May. Told it will be up before the end of the season. End of season came and nothing so emailed again. This time told at the weekend but will be before my points run out. Nothing, now a day left and today i was told my points run out tomorrow and not up. I have wasted my points as all the other things are now sold out. Very poor fan service indeed. No help what so ever and just fobbed off every time.

Buying a membership is pointless
Buying a membership is pointless. Haven't been able to get a single ticket even for less popular matches. Ticketing website doesn't send any info about when tickets are on sale. Acts like there are tickets available, you have to click through to find out there aren't any.

Returned an order on December 21st and…
Returned an order on December 21st and still no refund. I also had to pay to return it. I have bought a lot from Arsenal over the years. I will never buy from them again and i would advise everyone else to do the same. Buy directly from Adidas free shipping.
They ignore your email. Put you on hold for 20mins.
Horrible disgusting way to run a company.
Needs to he cleared out. Get Arteta in he done a fantastic job with the squad. Target customer service next. And all the useless ppl dealing with sales & returns.
Delete Arsenal Direct Staff. So angry & frustrated.

Emirates Stadium Family Section
I was at the game yesterday (family section) with my 10 year old, approximately 85 of the 90 minutes adults in front of us were stood up, my child and other children just sat there looking disappointed as they were not able to see anything. I know there wasn’t much football on show but these are children, what was SO exciting about Arsenal’s football yesterday that these fans had to stand up all through the match and have no consideration for others? nothing, just selfish people!

Parents buy tickets for their children in the family section for a reason, the amount of young men boozed up, shouting and swearing continuously was disgusting. AFC, you need to sort out our team but first and most importantly, you need to create an environment for children to watch football and a safe environment.

As an Arsenal fan I have never been so disappointed with the club, players attitude (negative football) and the behaviour of ‘some’ fans (just vile). I hope my child isn’t put off football by yesterday’s poor experience. Well done to Liverpool FC, you deserve to be in the final.

If possible I would give no stars! Absolutely shocking performance, delivery, returns, membership packs and cards!!!!
The club should be exceeding excellence for all matters, including on the pitch.
Lengthy wait times on the phone and ridiculous email response times.
I ordered membership for my two grandsons back in early November and still waiting for packs and their cards. Email response was shockingly poor, passing the buck to Royal Mail! Ruined part of my Christmas pressies for the boys, Arsenal failed to take ownership, despite calling four times before Christmas.
Orders slow to arrive and return times are way beyond advised timelines
Disgusted with the support from my club, you need to look at employing additional employees to help members like me who pay high prices to support our club, with little in return!

Very Difficult Returns - Still waiting on Refund! - Updated still no refund 42 days later!
Returned an order on December 15th and yet to receive my refund. Even returning the top was over complicated between using a third party for returns and also having to pay to return it. I have bought a lot from Arsenal Direct over the years but I will never be using them again and would advise everyone else to avoid. Use the Adidas website for any Arsenal products.

Update - still not resolved! Contacted via email and no reply. Return was started 34 days ago and still my payment has not been refunded. DO NOT ORDER from this website!

42 days later, no update so another email sent which the auto response tells me could take 10-14 days for a reply! This is a joke.

Ordered on the 7th of December and couldn’t arrive in time for Xmas, despite spending an hour on the phone to chase up on the 17th, alongside follow up emails. Xmzero communications. Shockingly bad. Take your money and run.

We live in the US and we ordered a…
We live in the US and we ordered a jersey. We never received it. The tracking info says it was delivered to the local Distribution center an hour away but no other info. I’m guessing it was lost there (which is fine but then refund me or reship the order) When I reach out to arsenal they keep saying it’s been delivered, which it has in a sense…but to a completely different town. When I ask for proof of delivery to my address, which they don’t have, they ignore me completely. 180 bucks down the drain. Trash customer service.

Arsenal Merch: a 3rd World Company
Not recent experience, but an accumulation of problems over the years. I don’t bother complaining, as when I did I was accused of breaking a hat sizer, that arrived broken.

The (almost) unreadable decal on a cap… is there no quality control.

How about the pajamas that my wife had to sew a seam.

Then, after decades as a fan, I spent a small fortune to plan a trip to the England around an Arsenal match. The day prior to the match we went to the Emirates to buy a kit to wear to the match… SOLD OUT, with a month left in the season… I had to buy a leftover t-shirt. Thanks, Arsenal.

Shall I even bother asking why we never got an email when the 2021 Away kit will be available, when I could have paid $20 more to buy it from a kit store.

I could go one!

I’m devastated
I’m devastated.
This is the third time I order from Arsenal Direct and it’s a mystery how their orders never get to the customer on time. Hoppfully I get my order before we’re relegated :(
